My goal is to help you re-imagine your life. With extensive experience in Life Coaching and a vast history of client success, my individualized positivity approach will help you attain your goals.
I trained with Cloe Madanes and Tony Robbins of Robins Madanes Training, where I received my certification in 2017. In addition, I completed a course in comprehensive, hands-on coach training in 2018 from expert coaches, Mark, and Magali Peysha of the Coaching Institute, to identify every kind of obstacle my clients are experiencing and apply the strategies I learned.
I have the education and experience to effectively work with all types of obstacles and am skilled with over eighty strategies. As a professional life coach, I have the tools and ability to guide you in creating the life you imagine. Clients benefit by living a harmoniously balanced, heathy, happy, and fulfilling life.
I take a collaborative and solution-focused approach to coaching. By working together, we can identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals.
Why juggle my role as life-coach, real estate broker, notary public, and a loan signing notary all at once? How do I manage three businesses at the same time? Let me explain.
I spent most of my adult life in the role of an attentive mother. My children’s need came first; however, money has always been a challenge. My limiting belief back then, told me to take on any job to keep a roof over our heads and food on the table. It was a choice. Raising my children and working two to four jobs at a time while attending night school, I learned to manage my schedule. I had the mindset of a survivor and failure was not an option.
It was important to me that my children did not get into any trouble, so I scheduled work around their schedule. I chose quality and quantity time with them even if it meant less income and stretching the dollar.
Fast forward to today. I took a sabbatical from real estate in 2017 to learn life coaching skills because one of my children was facing life challenges. It was my intention to help her get through tough times. She and I are both thankful for all the skills I learned from coaching.
My daughter and her children received help from coaching during their transition. Coaching also improved my relationship with each of my children.
In 2019, when I became an empty nester, I had more time for reflection and self-improvement, so I decided to upgrade my real estate sales license of thirty years to become a broker. In my survivor mode as usual, I wanted a safety net in case selling homes is too far in between paychecks, and obtained my notary public certificate, and loan signing agent certificate.
Today, my time is finally my own, and I am free to commit to myself. I chose to continue helping others in need. I am a volunteer at GRIP Greater Richmond Interfaith Program, a family shelter for unhoused families as a life coach and teaching parenting class. I am a volunteer at YES Nature to Neighborhood fundraising events. I am a member of the Richmond Rotary Club to volunteer, support and promote nonprofit organizations involved with the community.
My family grew, now with seven grandchildren, I feel blessed and gifted with the ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, and schedule my meetings efficiently, while I play each role competently.
1. I favor coaching over my other roles because I like making a difference in guiding individuals toward a rewarding goal. Scheduling my meetings and appointments works well within my routine.
2. I enjoy real estate because I can professionally maneuver swiftly through any obstacles during the process while keeping my clients informed, calm, and collected. I love the personal connection and interaction I have with my clients. Real estate challenges my artistic creativity to create marketing videos, design floor plans, and be involved with the details of home design in preparing the home for sale.
3. Notary is my planned back-up. I like flexibility and immediate pay, which is why I continue to do notary signings.
By understanding my priorities of servicing my clients and scheduling wisely, I can perform my duties and still have time for myself, to socialize, attend fundraising events, and volunteer to help the community. Having flexibility and choice is rewarding. After raising three children, everything else in life is easy. LOL.
